Hi Everyone
The Unplanned Care group is looking for a CHAF member to sit on the Patients Panel the next meeting will take place on 29th May 6pm -8pm at Danum Hotel, Doncaster.
Meetings are once every 3 months and at different times and venues and you can determine your level of involvement. I have attached some info if you are interested please let me know.
