Deaf Action Group Doncaster - C M Jones - 44 Lindrick Close, West Bessacarr, Doncaster, DN4 7JL - 01302 536247 - To promote and campaign for better services from the public agencies. To provide and improve access for information as well as to raise awareness of communication difficulties. Meetings each month on Wednesday evenings. Work closely with Health Services, Social Services and Police to ensure access particularly the use of sign language interpreters. Development Worker recently recruited to link various organisations/agencies with the Deaf Community.
